Use and subscription
These terms govern access to the free radar and subscriptions to RADAR Premium.
Service
RADAR/01 automatically aggregates, ranks and presents public information about creative tools. Scores support decision-making; they do not guarantee price, availability or performance.
Premium plans
The monthly subscription is offered at CHF 4.90 per month. The annual subscription is offered at CHF 49 per year. The effective price, any taxes, billing frequency and total amount due are displayed before payment is confirmed.
Payment and renewal
Secure payment and automatic renewal are handled by Stripe. The subscription renews at each billing date until it is cancelled. A confirmation is displayed after payment and the access link is sent automatically by email.
Access
The Premium space opens through a secure link sent to the address used for payment. RADAR/01 stores no password. Users remain responsible for the security of their email inbox and may request a new link from the site.
Cancellation
The subscription may be cancelled at any time. Access remains available until the end of the period already paid for. No further charge is made after the cancellation has been processed.
Right of cancellation
Swiss law does not provide a general withdrawal period for online purchases. RADAR/01 nevertheless allows users to stop any future renewal at any time without removing access already paid for during the current period. Any mandatory rights applicable in the customer's place of residence remain reserved.
Applicable law
The agreement is governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply. Jurisdiction is determined under the applicable legal rules.
