PERSONAL DATA
Privacy policy
RADAR/01 limits collection to information required to operate the service and manage subscriptions.
Data processed
- Email address and subscription status during priority-list registration or purchase.
- Plan choice, technical transaction identifiers and renewal dates.
- Anonymized outbound clicks per signal to measure selection usefulness.
- Page viewed, site language and referring domain for internal visit statistics. A pseudonymous identifier estimates visits and unique visitors; the IP address, full referrer and user agent are not stored in the analytics database.
- Opening of the Stripe checkout, selected plan and site language for internal conversion measurement. No bank detail is collected by RADAR/01 for this measurement.
- Content submitted voluntarily through the contact form.
- Messages voluntarily submitted to RADAR AI. They are sent to OpenAI only to generate the requested response and are not recorded in the RADAR/01 database. Do not include sensitive or confidential information.
- A short-lived pseudonymous security identifier to limit abusive requests; the IP address is not stored in clear text.
Purposes and legal bases
Priority-list messages are based on consent, which may be withdrawn at any time through the contact form. Subscription data is processed to perform the contract, provide secure-link access and manage billing. Contact requests are processed to answer them. Strictly internal usage measurements support the legitimate interest of improving the service.
Providers
Stripe processes payments. Resend sends transactional emails required for access and contact. Hosting and the application database rely on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. OpenAI also processes the messages submitted to RADAR AI with response storage disabled by RADAR/01. Only the data required for each function is transmitted.
Payment
Bank details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. RADAR/01 does not receive or store the full card number or security code.
Retention
Visit and checkout-opening statistics are automatically deleted after 90 days. Priority-list addresses are kept until consent is withdrawn or the list is closed. Active data is kept during the contractual relationship. Evidence and accounting records may be archived for applicable statutory periods. Contact requests are deleted when no longer useful.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data under Swiss data-protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR. Use the contact form. You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Cookies
RADAR/01 does not install advertising trackers, and its internal visit and checkout-opening measurements do not use cookies. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable these measurements. A strictly necessary session cookie maintains Premium or owner access after validation of the email link. Hosting and payment providers may also use mechanisms required for security and payment.
